• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

• Processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to high order volume.

• Orders are dispatched only after successful payment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Tamil Nadu: 5–7 working days

• South India: 7–10 working days

• Rest of India: 12–15 working days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, quantity, and delivery location. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to track the shipment status.

5. Delay in Delivery

Delays may occur due to logistics issues, courier delays, weather conditions, or remote-area deliveries. Our team will assist you in tracking your order if required.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof for verification.

7. Delivery Address

Customers must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Orders once shipped cannot be redirected to another address.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
