1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to high order volume.
- Orders are dispatched only after successful payment.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
- South India: 3–6 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, quantity, and delivery location. The applicable fee will be shown at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor shipment status.
5. Delay in Delivery
Delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, courier delays, or remote-area delivery. We will assist you in tracking your package in such cases.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or wrong product, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
7. Delivery Address
Customers must provide the correct delivery address. Orders once shipped cannot be redirected to another address.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
