Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

We currently deliver products within 5–7 working days from the date the order is placed.

No Return / No Exchange Policy

All products sold by Sri Vinayaka Matchings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the rare case that you receive a product that is damaged during transit or different from what was ordered, please notify our Customer Support Team within 12-14 hours of delivery by sharing:
